As an Associate on the Priority Initiatives Team, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with business leaders across Global Banking and Global Investment Banking. You will support global projects and initiatives that underpin JPMorgan’s industry-leading Investment Banking business. Job responsibilities
Support thought leadership and act as a business liaison for technology initiatives and enhancements. Assist in coordinating projects across Product and Coverage business management, in collaboration with Commercial and Investment Banking Finance and Business Management senior management. Help establish and track new key performance indicators and senior management metrics. Contribute to the automation of processes and the development of new key performance indicators and reporting. Assist in implementing processes for new management-level reporting and transition steady-state production to Finance and Business Management partners. Support the operationalization of key business strategies with senior Global Investment Banking management and Finance and Business Management partners. Collaborate with senior managers to offer feedback and strategic advice.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Enthusiastic self-starter with a comprehensive understanding of both the big picture and product details. Ability to support project management with senior management, with some oversight. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Interest in developing broad investment banking product knowledge. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship-building capabilities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating presentations for senior management and/or clients.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
