Your role and responsibilities

In this role, Drives the design, implementation, and optimization of user-centric platforms, tools, and processes that empower employees to seamlessly connect, collaborate, and perform. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data insights, and feedback mechanisms, the IS Digital Experience Manager ensures the digital workplace aligns with organizational goals and fosters a culture of innovation, efficiency, and inclusivity.The work model for the role is #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the IS Services Global role.You will be mainly accountable for:• Responds to consumer feedback and UX recommendations to define the deliver user stories, and acceptance criteria• Set sprint goals & Keeps all the team informed on delivery roadmap and sprint planning Plan releases and upgrades• Analyze preferences and requests of end users & Refine agile methodology based on results and feedback• Ensures that all stakeholders adhere to the strategic processes and standards within budget and timetable. Develops and communicates status updates along with strategic changes.• Product evolution follows sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures.• Provides guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility

Qualifications for the role

Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in a global organization in IT, Marketing or Digital. 5+ years in Product Ownership Role,3+ years of experience in leading global strategic initiatives in development and implementation of digital solutions Proven influencing skills in multi stakeholder matrixed organization Ease of collaboration with all levels of the organization from CIOs to content providers Proven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle In-depth knowledge and experience with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology Working knowledge of product development architecture ServiceNow knowledge would be an advantage
