Global ISV Sr. Marketing Manager, AWS Marketing

Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a global leader in Cloud Computing, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global ISV Sr. Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies for our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) segment worldwide.
The ideal candidate will spearhead the extension of high-impact marketing initiatives, lead and execute our go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with regional stakeholders from NAMER, EMEA and APJ to ensure resonance and effectiveness.
A key success factor in this role requires a "think big" mentality coupled with a get-it-done attitude. You must be able to navigate complex, evolving, and ambiguous environments while persistently pursuing bar-raising marketing strategies that resonate with the ISV ecosystem.
This role can sit in one of the following locations only: Arlington, VA, USA | Atlanta, GA, USA | Austin, TX, USA | Boston, MA, USA | New York, NY, USA | Portland, OR, USA | San Francisco, CA, USA | Santa Clara, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the long-tail strategy, aimed at increasing market share and penetration amongst ISVs.
• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on demand generation, supporting conversion goals for the ISV segment.
• Migrate proven global programs from other long-tail projects to the ISV segment, including Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) and Start-Ups
• Collaborate with the broader ISV Marketing organization to develop joint marketing plans, targeting ISVs as customers and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities related to Software Companies, ensuring strategic alignment
• Work closely with the Segments Content team to produce compelling ISV-focused content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ISV marketing activities, ensuring data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the ISV segment audience
