BCG is investing significantly in GenAI to achieve a generational uplift in speed, quality, and scale for IT, our functions, and our global business. BCG’s IT Team collaborates with internal stakeholders and teams to develop best-in-class products and tools. As a member of the IT Strategy & Transformation Team, you will support the delivery of the benefits from our Technology strategy and transformations, focusing primarily on our multi-year GenAI for IT program. This role involves facilitating cross-team alignment on the value delivery roadmap, identifying risks and dependencies, and gathering, calculating, and effectively communicating key measures and metrics to leadership.
You will ensure value capture in support of timely use case deployment, deliver program and use-case metrics, and establish mechanisms for capturing these metrics, including surveys and data pipelines. You will launch these mechanisms, baseline the results, capture data at key milestones, and oversee ongoing tracking.
You will support business outcomes for GenAI efforts across teams, stakeholders and leadership by analyzing, optimizing, and facilitating efficiencies related to use cases such as GenAI tooling adoption, GenAI-powered chatbots, security, operations, and our GenAI platform. This will enable a broad range of applications. You will research improvement opportunities and prepare recommendations to enable the democratization of GenAI practices and coding, embed GenAI into complex workflows, and automate intricate processes as part of our ongoing initiatives. A strong emphasis for this role will be placed on data visualization, value metrics, and KPIs to track and demonstrate the success of the initiatives.

You excel in supporting day-to-day program management activities, including planning, communications, meeting facilitation, content creation, while assisting in the management of risks, dependencies, budgets, and resourcing. You work effectively within a team, building consensus and influencing functional and IT leaders to enact change. You have a talent for data visualization and can present value metrics and KPIs clearly and effectively. Your skills include assisting in software development programs and understanding technical risks and dependencies. You can convey technical knowledge to both engineering teams and functional stakeholders. You proactively deliver solutions that enhance organization-wide IT performance, ensuring transparency across priorities and progress.
What You'll Bring
You have experience in supporting application development programs, ideally in a global professional services firm. You have experience facilitating the optimization of operating models for cross-functional teams. Your solid technology background includes hands-on experience or familiarity with software development, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and traditional project management practices.
You are comfortable preparing recommendations for senior business and IT stakeholders. You are highly organized, proactive, and exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing collaborative and creative problem-solving. You perform well in a fast-paced, multicultural, and service-oriented environment, aligning with BCG’s values and culture.
A Bachelor's degree or similar education is preferred, with PMP/PRINCE II certification being a plus. Experience with data-driven program delivery is expected, particularly working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx and Verint surveys. Knowledge of or experience building GenAI product is also favored.
