What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate to fill the Global IT Infra/Cloud Engineer position in the Secure Data Squad focusing primarily on Cloud and Data Security.
You will be working in a Security Engineering, Architecture and Automation capacity to drive and support improvements within our Secure Infrastructure Platform product portfolio. Areas of focus will include specializing in cloud security misconfigurations, remediation, risk prevention, and automation efforts.
You will:
Work collaboratively with application development, data protection, information security, and risk management teams to understand and implement data and cloud security solutions. Support development of proof of concepts and research new security technologies Collect, monitor and analyze data produced by related information protection systems to discover and discern trends, threats, and security risks Create and maintain technical service roadmaps pertaining to data and cloud security. Help reduce threats by managing BCG’s Cloud Security Posture Management and Cloud Workload Protection Solutions Apply industry and BCG security knowledge, policies, standards, and practices.What You'll Bring
Minimum 4+ years Cloud security and/or security engineering experience with large scale implementations distributed globally. Bachelor’s degree in computer or information sciences, software engineering or related field preferred Experience with Prisma Cloud or other related tools with knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection (CWP) across the key Cloud Platforms Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) such as github or Azure devops Experience working in a globally distributed environment across multiple platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Compute Platform (GCP). Experience with deploying scalable cloud-based solution architectures on a public cloud Exposure to Cloud Access Security Brokers and Data Loss Prevention services Exposure to other technologies including Active Directory, Data Classification, Log Management, Information Rights Management, etc. Excellent customer service skillsDesirable: Experience in secrets management and/or certificate lifecycle management Experience with administrating and troubleshooting in both Windows and Apple Mac devices, with understanding of Linux/Unix Exposure to Agile tools like Jira, Confluence etc. Experience with automating solutions using one or more languages (i.e., Terraform, Python, PowerShell or similar). DevOps Methodologies Related cloud certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) Related security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, ITIL etc.)
