The IT Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE) team is seeking a Cloud Network Security Engineer. The individual in this role will be part of the team responsible for BCG's Cloud Strategy with a focus on the implementation and operations to ensure that the customers and end users are able to use Cloud that is scalable, secure and provides the features that meet BCG's business needs. The role will have a focus on Cloud Network Security with the need to define improvement areas for Automation and Security in a multi-Cloud hybrid environment. The role will require working with several teams to help define and implement strong governance for Infrastructure, Networking and Security.
The ideal candidate will be working across several areas in BCG to advise and guide teams on Cloud Best Practices and with a strong focus on Network Security Best Practices.
You will have strong Cloud Network Security skills and have a deep understanding of Cloud Networking topology and services and will have strong knowledge of how to define and implement Cloud Security policies for Networking and Infrastructure. The candidate will have maintained large scale solutions on Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure with a strong understanding for the business requirements. The candidate should be able to show expertise in all facets of design and implementation, such as Identity, Networking, Scaling, Security, and Operational requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication
