About the role

Define and drive execution of global Data Strategy for the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) division. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the data strategy, aligning data initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring the effective utilization of data assets to drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation across the organization.  You will work closely with all functions including product, technology, data operations, marketing, and professional services to ensure alignment across all areas.  The leader will drive material revenue and client satisfaction improvements through enhancing our global FCC Data strategy and approach, including but not limited to seamlessly integrating existing data assets across the globe, expanding upon current data assets through multiple means, and modernizing usability of underlying data assets.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development of overall global FCC Data strategy and delivery for the FCC business, including achieving incremental revenue targets and providing excellent customer experienceMotivate and educate internal sales teams, both Direct and Alliances, on the key aspects of FCC Data Solutions.  Help teams shift to a more informed and consultative manner of adding value for our clients.Partner with Product team on Customer discovery efforts and market research. Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations to implement top priorities as clarified in global Data strategy.Partner with Marketing team and Regional Market Planners to develop regional marketing strategies for Data solutions, monitoring impact and enhancing through timeEnsure data assets seamlessly integrate with other solutions across the globe, such as Screening software, Identity solutions, and FCC platforms.Develop market segmentation and identify unique needs of each key segment, to help inform GTM approach for Data solutions, across regions and industriesContinually develop compelling case studies to highlight the value of our Data solutions, accelerating sales and increasing win ratesMeet with select high value clients to ensure they are getting the most value they can from our solutionsProvide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry trends, regulatory trends and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing across the organisation.Stay up to date with emerging trends in data technologies, analytics, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation that can improve business performance.

Requirements:

Cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organization.Extensive experience in developing Data strategies for large global organizations, with a focus on bringing technical solutions to life in a manner that is easy to understandKnowledge of data architectures, data pipelines, and data management frameworks that can scale with organizational growthStrong understanding of data governance, data privacy regulations, and data integration techniquesExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersManagement experience and skills to successfully lead large cross-functional teamsAdditional skills required include business acumen and strategic planning, disciplined management of team and agenda, critical thinking and analytical skill, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.Domain expertise in the FCC spaceFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business processes is a plus

Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland : $161,200 - 299,500 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington DC: $176,600 - 327,900 53,500 - 285,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $168,900 - 313,700 USD
