As Global Logistics Transformation Project Management Analyst VIE in our Supply Chain team you will support the Project Management (PM) Office by providing governance, reporting, and coordination services to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the organization.

Main responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain PM policies, procedures, and templates.Ensure that project management standards and methodologies are followed. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established standards.Collect and analyse project data to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare and distribute regular status reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders.Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Provide guidance and support on project management tools and best practices.Facilitate project meetings and workshops as needed.Track resource utilization and capacity planning. Assist in the allocation of resources across projects to ensure optimal use.Monitor project risks and issues and support mitigation strategies.Maintain a risk and issue log, ensuring that all items are tracked and addressed. Maintain a repository of project documentation and ensure it is up to date.Promote knowledge sharing and lessons learned across the project management community.

About you

Experience:

1+ year of experience as a Project Manager or similar project management support function.Experience managing a team and understanding of performance management.Extensive experience with program management tools and software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).Advanced knowledge in MS PowerPoint to deliver effective presentations.Advanced knowledge in MS Excel.Experience in Power BI to produce dashboards based on data analysis.

Soft and Technical skills:

Knowledge of Logistics and warehousing processes required. Understanding of downstream processes and local trade environment within Pharma.Understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) & Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.Understanding of process improvement/change management.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply chain or related field.

Languages:

Fluent English (written and verbal).French or Spanish would be a plus.
