iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As_ **_Global Market Access & Pricing_** **_Dermatology_** **_Associate VIE_** _in our Dupixent Global Market Access & Pricing Dermatology Team, you’ll support the global market access plan and operation excellence work streams including the coordination of key internal and external launch excellence events in collaboration with market access business partners (HEOR and pricing) and cross-functional brand team, as needed._
_This position provides an excellent opportunity for professionals with an interest in developing market access foundational knowledge, access strategy development, tactical implementation and launch excellence execution capabilities by working with a team of market access experts on one of the most exciting product launches at Sanofi._

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate project management activities related payer interactions such as payer advisory boards, negotiation readiness workshops, including market access affiliate training events, and other.
+ Coordinate market access launch excellence workstreams including project planning, dashboards, trackers, and reports.
+ Support Dermatology TA leads as needed in the development of global market access strategy/plan and deliverables (e.g., payer value story, payer objection handler, and other internal projects) for assigned Dupilumab indications based on business needs.
+ Support Dupixent MAx launch execution and operations.
**About you**
**Experience:**
+ Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
+ Market access/health economics experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry and Health technology assessment (HTA) experience or payer experience in public or private agencies would be an asset.
**Soft and technical skills:**
+ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
+ Self-motivated and self-driven, organised, structured and focused on details, with advanced follow-up skills.
+ Proven project management skills (“timeline tracking”, “leadership without authority” etc).
+ Easily adaptable to a multicultural environment, and a fast learner.
+ Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced professional environment.
+ Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (and other MS Office tools).
**Education:**
+ Master’s Degree in science, Pharmacy, Business, Health Economics, Public Health, Policy/Government Affairs, Marketing.
**Languages:**
+ Fluent English (speaking and writing).
