We are looking for an innovative Global Market Development Manager to help create and implement marketing programs for a robust portfolio of single-use products.
You will work with a broad team to develop global go-to-market strategies and integrated multi-channel marketing plans to then complete tactical projects to achieve key performance indicators, revenue targets and other annual operating plan objectives.
This individual should have a strong background in B2B marketing, with shown ability to optimize marketing efforts by channel and funnel stage.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or related fieldExperience
5+ years of marketing experience (biopharma/ biotech segment is a plus)Experience with product area marketing plans, general knowledge of operating plans or industry practices for promoting and selling similar productsExperience developing messaging for sales and customer facing materialsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$142,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
