Global Market Manager- Patient Positioning (Andover, MA-Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented Global Market Manager (product manager) to join our team at a pivotal moment in our company's growth. This role is responsible for providing global product development and on market strategic drive for the patient positioning portfolio. This individual will work with the global marketing network, including regional and in-country marketing teams to gain insight into local market dynamics, collecting voice of customer feedback, and consolidating input into the development of the Global Product Plan.

The Global Market Manager will assist with developing and driving the Global Product Plan and will serve as the Marketing function lead on product development teams as appropriate for the assigned franchise. They will prepare financial analyses and business plans to support new product development programs, capture competitive intelligence, and develop relevant market models to support their assigned product categories.

The Global Market Manager will work in collaboration with regional marketing to develop programs to support the regional selling organizations, including programs to drive sales force readiness and achieve revenue targets for the assigned product lines. 

What will you be doing?

Work under the leadership of the Snr Global Market Manager- Visualization and Patient Positioning and country marketing leads to develop and drive the franchise Global Product Plan, which includes new products, new indications, and claim development. Global Product Manager serves as marketing team member on budgeted product development projects and OEM initiatives in Patient Positioning.

Develop and manage relationships with global marketing teams and consolidates voice of customer feedback. Adapts the on-market product plan in collaboration with regional and local marketing teams to ensure consistent portfolio drive and growth.

Provide Leadership to regional Marketing Counterparts to develop / execute downstream marketing plans for assigned product franchise. These plans may include:

Limited product launch and full launch plans for assigned productHelps develop and maintain metrics for appropriate measurement of product and program efficiencyParticipates in developing training plans and training content as neededWorks with manufacturing planners to forecast product needs and ensure adequate demo and launch inventory.

What will you need to be successful?

Bachelor’s degree required

5+ years of commercial experience with the majority specific to the medical device industry. 

2+ years marketing experience.

Experience working with OEM's

Proven experience developing business plans and financial models

Proven leadership experience.

Weight Lifting:  Medium (10lbs - 50lbs)

Travel Requirements:  25–50% (Domestic and International)
