What You'll Do

As Global Marketing Activation and Orchestration Co-Op for Media Partnerships, you will play an important role with the Global Marketing Activation and Orchestration team to help shape BCG’s Global Media Partnerships Strategy and Activation – which partnerships and events BCG should engage to help amplify the capabilities and themes BCG stands for. In this role you will support the Director of Media Partnerships in the strategy, activation and measurement of BCG’s global Media Partnerships. You‘ll assist in the research phase, presenting/decision making phase and evaluation working with phase global campaigns, BCG’s think tank Bruce Henderson Institute as well as BCG’s Practice Areas, regions and local markets. The media partnerships function is regularly discussed with BCG’s Marketing & Comms Leadership Team, (in particular the Global Chief Communications Officer, the Global Chair Positioning and Communications, and the Chief Marketing Officer),   

 

As part of this position you will   

Support the Director of Partnerships to research, execute and adapt the media partnership porfolio across BCG’s global communication channels as well as local markets worldwide  Provide support to identify the most relevant media partners for BCG that deserve closer  investigation  Assist in the close collaboration with colleagues from communication channels (e.g., public relations, social media and direct client communications and also internal communications), Practice Areas and local markets in an agile way of working   Work closely with the analytics team to integrate and measure the value and impact of mediapartnerships  Work closely with and build knowledge of other paid channels – e.g. paid search, paid advertising, paide social  

What You'll Bring

Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the 2025 co-op cycle  Work experience or academic background in marketing and communications  Work experience in a publisher, advertising agency or events company  Experience in a professional services firm e.g., management consulting is a plus  Ability to work with different markets, cultures and travel as required  Advanced communication skills: oral, written and active listening  Fluent written and spoken English skills  

Who You'll Work With

The Global Marketing Activation and Orchestration Co-Op will directly report to a Global Director of Partnerships Marketing. The Media Partnerships function is part of the broader Communications Team and works closely with BCG’s Marketing & Comms Leadership Team, (in particular the Global Chief Communications Officer, the Global Chair Positioning and Communications, and the Chief Marketing Officer). As part of this team you will work with global and local team members across the company, including leaders of business units and functional leaders (this includes Managing Directors & Partners, Marketing Directors and peers like other managers within BCG’s marketing function)
