What You’ll Do
As a Global Marketing and Commercialization Manager, you will develop Global Brand Strategies for the company and all products. You will develop marketing and communication tools as well as coordinate and manage product launches and commercialization process. Other duties include:
Develop product & system value propositions and strategies Participate in industry sales, regional sales and product management team meetings globally Develop Global Brand Strategies for the company and all products Develop Dyno Nobel brand positioning strategy and ensure global alignment, buy in and implementation Coordination with Product Management, Industry Sales & Regional Sale Leads to ensure value propositions align with customer needs Develop value proposition process and communicate with key stakeholders Develop high-quality promotional tools and materials to align with brand and product strategies, i.e., technical data sheets, product brochures, advertisements, videos, etc Cultivate and establish relationships with technical marketing and advertising vendors Coordination & Management of Product Launches and Commercialization Processes Monitor and analyze customer needs, market trends, strategy of competition to determine business opportunities Participate in Industry Sales, Regional Sales and Product Management team meetings Chair the Global Marketing Communications Committee Member of the Global Marketing Team and Technology Advisory Board
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required. MBA from accredited institution preferred 5+ years of professional experience Experience in B2B sales and marketing required. Technical sales experience preferred. Experience in developing and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals Extremely proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Must be able to travel roughly 20% Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
