What You'll Do
As a Product Owner - Senior Manager for the Marketing CRM squad, you will lead a global team ensuring that BCG’s CRM solution—primarily Microsoft Dynamics—is fit for purpose to meet the company's marketing needs. You will solve complex problems to enhance the user experience and system stability, while driving strategic CRM initiatives that support BCG’s marketing objectives. This includes managing the CRM product roadmap and ensuring its integration within BCG's larger marketing technology stack. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with other product teams, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver a seamless CRM experience that enhances data management and overall marketing efficiency.
Your responsibilities
Own and define the strategy and direction of the Marketing CRM squad and own the delivery of defined KPIs for the CRM product, ensuring measurable improvements in areas such as user adoption, system stability, data accuracy, and marketing efficiency.Identify, prioritize, and communicate product features based on customer needs, business requirements, and market trendsDevelop and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leadership priorities, while monitoring and maintaining the health of the productBuild and execute a product roadmap to improve user experience and system performance, leveraging customer insights, Portfolio goals, and market opportunitiesWork closely with the squad to clarify, refine, and expand upon user stories, driving key initiatives and objectivesLead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, including fellow product owners, developers, and global marketing teams to optimize product delivery and drive widespread adoption and effective utilization of the CRM across the organizationTrack and report metrics on CRM product performance, communicating successes and areas of improvement to leadershipEnsure the CRM system integrates seamlessly with other marketing technology solutions, troubleshooting complex system integrationsPromote a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mindset to iteratively improve the CRM productDrive regulatory compliance and address industry constraints to ensure product integrityLead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide strategic inputs to help steer marketing efforts
What You'll Bring
7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM systemsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and extensive experience managing CRM productsDemonstrated ability to manage global teams and work across multiple regionsStrong focus on data management/enrichment, and API system integrationsProven ability to troubleshoot complex system integrations and user-facing issuesAdvanced understanding of product design strategy, road-mapping, and agile project managementExpertise in business relationship management, including funding business cases, requirements prioritization, and stakeholder managementProficiency in product commercialization and lifecycle managementBachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or a similar field preferredWho You'll Work With
As part of the Digital Marketing Portfolio and specifically the Marketing CRM squad, you will work alongside product analysts, developers, support specialists, and platform administrators to drive the CRM product’s success. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, IT, and leadership teams, as well as cross-functional product owners, to ensure that CRM works seamlessly within the broader marketing technology ecosystem. You will receive strategic guidance from marketing leadership and lead the CRM squad in executing work that aligns with BCG’s marketing goals.
