The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Global Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our Fire Safety and Security Services. As the Global Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our fire safety and security solutions on a global scale. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while making a positive impact on safety in the built environment
Your new responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for our Fire Safety and Security Services, including the creation of marketing campaigns, content, and collateralCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Units, Countries, Communications, and Offer Marketing, to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and objectivesDefine and articulate the value proposition for our fire safety and Security solutions, highlighting their unique features and benefitsLead the strategic narrative for fire safety and Security services, providing guidance to demand generation and sales teams in positioning and promoting our offeringsCreate compelling and customer-centric content for various channels, including digital assets, sales collateral, whitepapers, and event materialsLeverage market, customer, and competitive insights to drive marketing initiatives and identify new growth opportunitiesConduct research when necessary to gather actionable insights and stay ahead of industry trendsCollaborate with global and remote teams to translate marketing strategies into effective campaigns and ensure consistent messagingActively promote Siemens' Fire Safety and Security Services and contribute to the positioning of Siemens as a leader in the industryStay updated on the latest marketing best practices and benchmarking to continually improve our marketing activitiesYour talents and experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related fieldAdditional certifications in marketing or fire safety and Security would be advantageousMinimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the fire safety and Security or related industry.Strong understanding of fire safety and Security concepts, practices, and regulations.Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environmentProven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans on a global scale and experience in creating impactful marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiencesProficient in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging mannerFamiliarity with digital marketing strategies and tools for demand generationSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesFluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plusEmployee benefits
