What You'll Do

The Global Audience Analytics Senior Analyst will support account-centric commercial marketing strategies by leveraging data and insights to optimize effectiveness and personalization for BCG's top client accounts. This role, part of the Marketing Analytics team, focuses on analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns to enhance account and commercial marketing strategies and customer journeys. RESPONSIBILITIES  Support Commercial Marketing Programs: Assist in account-centric marketing initiatives and ABM-focused efforts for key client organizations, tailoring programs to different audience segments. Customer Insights & Analysis: Conduct research to understand audience behavior, analyze data to identify trends, and inform the design of customer journeys and campaigns. Support efforts tailored to different audience segments, including the ABM function in CX, and its key stakeholders across Practice Areas, Local Marketing, and Partners. In partnership with the Customer Experience team, identify potential white space opportunities for the accounts within ABM program and conduct quantitative analysis, as needed. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, evaluate, and report on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management excellence, to address their needs with data-driven solutions and identify white space opportunities for account-based marketing. BI Development & Tool Optimization: Provide insights for BI tool development and maximize the use of vendor tools for audience and journey analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across BCG to ensure cohesive, audience-centric marketing strategies. Training & Education: Educate select colleagues on BI tools and analytics capabilities, sharing best practices across the marketing group. 

What You'll Bring

5+ years in an analyst role with marketing performance data, ideally in a B2B environment. Experience with email, web analytics, and reporting tools; skilled in Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and SQL. Familiarity with ABM and B2B demand generation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, DemandBase) and bonus, B2B data (ZoomInfo, Bombora, D&B). Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Strong communication, organizational, and management skills. Detail obsessed: given reporting data and pulling insights for our biggest clients and their account teams, high attention to detail required.  

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Marketing Analytics product squad within BCG's Digital Marketing and Product function, responsible for providing marketing analytics support to the Customer Experience team.  This work will consist of plenty of collaboration with various other teams across BCG, including Practice Areas, Global Marketing, Marketing Tech & Products, and Client Teams. Experience working successfully within a complex matrix-structured organization is essential. This role requires flexibility to work across different time zones and may involve international travel.
