Job title: Global Marketing Specialist – Rhinology and Gastroenterology
Location: Cambridge, MA (can be based in Barcelona or Paris)

The Global Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Global Market Development Lead and have a dotted line relationship with the Global Customer Engagement Lead. This role plays a pivotal part in the development and execution of market-shaping initiatives and supporting omnichannel dissemination strategies to enhance the appropriate utilization of biologics in conditions such chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE).

Main Responsibilities:
Support thought leader engagement strategies and mapping of key opinion leaders, rising stars, centers of excellence, and digital influencers.
Assist in developing and executing the peer-to-peer education programs (eg. DuTell academy), congress activities (commercial symposia, expert engagements) and advisory boards in partnership with medical and HCP marketing.
Support omnichannel dissemination of HCP educational content, effectively incorporating with customer engagement journeys – including the coordinated CEJ Medical & commercial (convergence project)
Lead the AI content creation for enhancing the customer journey of DuTell academy and key congresses (ERhinoS, UEG and EAACI), leveraging the appropriate GTM models and channels.
Provide market development and omnichannel project updates during the meetings with markets (GEM meetings, Marketing monthly updates, etc.)
Regularly interface with Regeneron alliance teams, Market development, HCP Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Engagement and Public Affairs to align on objectives and initiatives.
Support tactical plans to drive market growth and affiliate execution.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors for marketing and educational programs
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
About You
Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing)
5-7 years of experience in product/brand management, strategic marketing, or commercial/business development in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Understanding of market research methodologies, creative development processes, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience working cross-functionally within a company and with external partners
Demonstrated experience in organizing and executing HCP education programs and congress activities.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate clinical data to support business objectives
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS, MBA, MD, PhD, PharmD) is a plus
Experience in immunology therapeutic areas such as rheumatology, dermatology, gastroenterology, allergy, or respiratory
Familiarity with international marketing within a global commercial pharma/biotech organization
Experience in supporting product launches
Ability to anticipate customer needs and translate them into actionable insights
Experience with Content Factory and Sanofi GenAI content powerhouse
