Job Description:
Candidate will be part of the AMRS FICC Sales COO team and support key sales initiatives for both our AMRS Credit and Securitized Products sales teams. Strong product knowledge will be needed to help the sales teams execute client business strategy, track and analyze client performance, review regulatory deliverables, identify and mitigate business risks, and solve daily issues related to client trade breaks and operational set ups. The candidate will play a key role in delivering process improvements, managing expenses and working with sales revenue reporting and technology teams to increase operational leverage. The individual will gain exposure to products across different asset classes and the broader AMRS FICC Sales businesses driving a collaborative culture in pursuit of growing our client franchise.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with AMRS FICC Sales on strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory, bank policy and control requirements.Assist in identifying client opportunities, tracking and analyze performance, driving product / platform enhancement in partnership with Sales, Trading and other business control functions such as Business Controls, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance, Risk etc.Represent as delegate for the sales desk for management routines, targeted risk assessments, internal audits, regulatory inspections and remediation activities.Coordinate with enterprise control functions (Operations, CFO, Compliance, Risk) to help ensure the businesses in the region run effectively and within the requirements of the regional control policies, regulatory requirements, and the risk framework.Participate in ad-hoc projects related to AMRS and Global FICC COO teams.Qualifications/ Skills
