If you enjoy continuous learning and are excited about working with and creating technological solutions, explore career opportunities with Greene, Tweed. **Essential Duties/Responsibilities** : Manage load leveling and bottlenecks for more accurate scheduling Analyze and report production hours through work centers Establish, measure, monitor and adjust capacity levels to execute all manufacturing schedules Participates in monthly industry level demand meetings with sales and general managers; leads additional planning meetings with sales, purchasing, production, and shipping Sets up and maintains work center and work groups in SAP Thorough and in-depth knowledge of SAP, Master Production Scheduling, Production Planning, and Capacity Planning Creating and maintaining detailed master production and material plans for the product line to use in driving Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and planning production capacity to support SOP Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for problem solving obtaining results Develop and maintain production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and production efficiency Collaborate with various cross-functional teams such as production, procurement, logistics, and sales to coordinate planning strategies Manages raw materials inventory levels, scheduling adjustments, and customer cancellations Coordinating with demand, long term planning and production planning regarding production and customer orders Manage the raw material plan for phase out and phase in of raw materials due to **_reformulations and R&D_** Provide long-term raw material forecast **Required Minimum Qualifications** **Education/Certifications:** Bachelor of Science in supply chain, engineering, or similar related field **Skills and Experience:** Minimum 10 years experience in supply chain related field Proficient in SAP, Excel and visibility dashboards (such as Qlik, Tableau, etc) Ability to analyze data, trends and variability Strong organizational skills to coordinate activities and align teams across functions Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Skilled in change management or shifts in supply chain strategy such implementing new technologies or processes Experience in risk management and developing mitigation strategies **Preferred:** Project Management methodologies Strong leadership skills Note: This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
