As Global Medical Affairs Advisor in our Medical Affairs Immunology team, you’ll report into the Global Medical Affairs immunology team that is part of the Medical Affairs Specialty Care organization, which serves as a key strategic partner with commercial, regulatory, clinical, and market access on therapeutic solutions to support patients’ needs. Within the Dermatology Medical Affairs team, we are proud to support Sanofi’s deep commitment and investment in treating diseases driven by type 2 inflammation in support of our patients, and partner with HCPs (Health Care Personnel) on understanding medical need and ways to provide best care to patients around the world.

Main responsibilities:
Support VP (Vice President) Medical Affairs Immunology to plan, document and execute meetings of the Global Immunology Franchise Medical Leadership team by developing meeting agenda, assigning, requesting and supporting development of presentations and writing and disseminating meeting minutes and reports.Regular interactions with different with senior leaders from different therapeutic areas (dermatology, respiratory, gastroenterology, rhinology) products and indications to capture and summarizing insights and alignment of medical strategies.Request updates on key activities for different therapeutic areas, summarize and follow up on actions related to these activities.Contribute to specific projects coordinating between different departments, providing valuable data insights, and sharing information internally and externally.
*Travel required, comprising approximately 10%.

Knowledgeable in project management, desirable.Scientific analytic skills for critical analysis of publications and identification of data gaps.Thorough, with highest integrity, able to pay attention to detail, focused on scientific correctness, and committed to ethics and scientific standards.Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.Hands-on attitude, flexible and adaptive to change.Willing and able to work independently and to take on own projects, but also having very good team spirit and being able to work collaboratively company and establish excellent working relationships and credibility.
