We are currently seeking a Medical Science Liaison Partner (MSL) to develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with key clinicians and medical experts in the United States (US) with focus on liver, neurological, infectious and/or cardiometabolic disease). This global role presents a unique chance to broaden your impact by engaging with key stakeholders and contributing to the advancement of critical lab testing across the United States and beyond
Develop and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and academic institutions to support medical strategy and scientific engagement.Serve as a scientific expert in liver, cardiometabolic, neurological, and infectious disease, providing credible, balanced, and up-to-date information to internal and external stakeholders.Act as a liaison between the company and the medical community, gathering insights on emerging trends, clinical needs, and scientific advancements.Support clinical trials by identifying potential investigators, site feasibility assessment, and ongoing study support.Facilitate investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and real-world evidence (RWE) research collaborations.Provide scientific training and disease education to internal teams, including commercial, regulatory, and medical affairs.Partner with commercial and market access teams to ensure scientific alignment while adhering to industry regulations (FDA, PhRMA Code, etc.).Participate in scientific congresses, advisory boards, and expert panels to represent the organization’s medical expertise.Assist in the development and dissemination of medical publications, abstracts, and conference presentations.Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory guidelines.This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers
Terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacology, biomedical sciences, clinical medicine) preferred. Other advanced graduate health science degree (e.g., NP, CRNA, PA) or equivalent with a strong proven experience in defined clinical disease areas considered.Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, or Clinical Research roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics industry.Extensive knowledge of liver disease, neurological disease, infectious disease or cardiometabolic disorders, and diagnostic applications.Experience in clinical trials, medical research collaborations, and data interpretation.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific data into meaningful discussions.Established network of relationships with KOLs, investigators, and HCPs in the relevant therapeutic areas.Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, OIG, HIPAA, PhRMA Code).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and medical literature databases (PubMed, Medline, etc.).Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating cross-functionally.Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.Required skills to have for the success of this role

The base pay range for this position is
Min $187,800 - Max $281,700Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
