Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join as the Global Leader for our Materials Lead Teams and Digital Innovation. In this position, you will lead all aspects of and support our teams around the world in crafting and implementing innovative material strategies that are both efficient and sustainable. You will play a crucial role in promoting collaboration across our organization on a global level driving superior packaging.

To succeed in this role, you should have an approach focused on growth and an understanding of Hair care packaging materials (Rigid, Labels, Tubes etc.). Being able to learn & leverage AI/ML tools & improve it to generate insights & projects that can drive affordable packaging that is still superior & sustainable.

Lead driving cost innovation across spend pools like Tube, Rigid & LabelsEnvision, Develop and implement comprehensive material strategies aligned with our business goals and destination vision.Develop deep understanding about the materials spend globally and business needs to develop, reapply and implement digital tools that enable material conceptualization and strategiesEngage, influence and enable with peers materials continuous improvement plans cross regionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, alignment.Drive initiatives to enhance benchmarking and supply chain optimization.Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative approaches to achieve cost savings.Act as a subject matter expert on material-related issues, providing guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels.Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.

Bachelor's DegreeStrong Accountability, Organization and Detailed Oriented Adaptability and flexibility to enable fast paceLearning AgilityKnowledge of packaging spend pools Proven track record of successfully leading and running diverse teams.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, translate sophisticated data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Acquire knowledge of planning, sourcing, and procurement processes.Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.Build digital skill set to help utilize & spread adoption of digital tools driving savings & productivity Digital savviness that will enable input /creation of new tools that will drive savings & productivity Strong project management and organizational skills.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build effective relationships and work effectively across functional boundaries.

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
