We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mobility team at Mercer China. This role will be based in Shanghai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Develop and deliver high quality global mobility products and solutions on schedule.Support global mobility business development activities for assigned industries or markets.Assist with overall client engagement and client relationship to deliver integrated support to clients regarding all aspects of global mobility services.Provide global mobility policy development support to new and existing clients, generate global mobility advisory projects based on knowledge of a client's business, and serve in a client service delivery role on key advisory engagements.Support team leader with internal/external (both in-house and public workshops) training/sharing sessions relating to product development and trends in the market.What you need to have:
Detailed- oriented and exceptional analytical skills are preferred.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with quick learning ability.Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills at the business and technical level.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.What makes you stand out?
1-3 years' experience in HR Mobility, Overseas C&B or HR consulting industry focusing on HR Management in Chinese Companies Going Global.Knowledge of the following: talent mobility policy, management and process review/development and re-engineering, expatriate compensation& benefits; immigration, international payroll, is highly preferred.Why join our team:
