Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Support to all Bosch associates from North America in identifying legal requirements for travel to other countries;Registration on external providers web portals;Identify the requirements in countries of destination;Expatriate related processes around the whole employee lifecycle (contracting, salary reviews, reporting, KPIs, etc);Calculate the wage differentials in the different countries of destination;Working within HR Service team, the HR International assignment and Business travel specialist will also work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR community members, not only ensuring that HR orders and requests are completed within the defined timelines but doing consultancy in international assignments procedures, explaining the policies, procedures, laws, and standards to associates (assignees).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas;Experience: Experience in International Assignment matters;Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Office knowledge (Word and Excel). Experience working with SAP would be a plus;Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory);Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, proactivity and organization.

The candidate needs to be available for travels and for late shifts (until 22h00) due to the hour difference between Portugal and North America.
