Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a Global Mobility, Immigration, & Rewards Analyst to lead and execute mobility and immigration programs, both domestically and internationally. This role requires an ability to partner with internal teams, external vendors, and deliver exceptional service through a clear understanding of global mobility processes, immigration laws, and compliance requirements. Responsibilities will include coordination, administration, and day-to-day management of all aspects of global mobility, including domestic relocations, transfers, global assignments, vendor management, and the development of policies and procedures. This role will also include support of the company’s recognition program and Human Resources compliance.
YOUR IMPACT

Global Mobility and Immigration: 60%
Serve as the primary contact for team member relocation, expatriate/inpatriate assignments, and immigration, partnering as needed on all aspects of the assignment cycle (including any visa/work permit needs, relocation assistance, and initial onboarding to the program). Educate expatriates on global mobility policy and serve as the primary contact and day-to-day support for current and new expatriate assignees.Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations, initiations for mobility, and relationships with external vendors who provide relocation, tax equalization, and immigration services, including processing invoices for accuracy.Coordinate visas/immigration while ensuring global compliance of these programs/processes, including liaising with external legal services.Partner with our internal Payroll, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams to ensure program understanding and compliance with all aspects of the program.Ensure program effectiveness through benchmarking efforts and monitoring global market trends and best practices.Develop, implement and maintain a database of all expatriate assignments and relocations; and resolve and open matters when necessary.Prepare reporting materials for key stakeholders, annually providing a year-end report of spend, exceptions, etc. to leadership.Identify gaps and areas where streamlined process can be implemented. Implement design changes to the domestic and international short- and long-term assignment programs through policy research and benchmarking.Rewards and Compliance: 40%
Serve as the primary contact for service awards and recognition vendor, support current programs and design/implement additional ways to utilize the platform.Support the development and launch of service awards and recognition in global facilities.Ensure accurate and prompt payment of invoices.Partner with HR Compliance to ensure timely completion of I-9s, quarterly Visa reports, and immigration questions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and educationMinimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in mobility, immigration, and relocationBasic knowledge of Department of Labor (DoL) and immigration regulationsExperience in building and leveraging cross functional relationships with Human Resources, Finance and LegalProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility and willingness to attend calls to accommodate different international time zonesInterpersonal and organizational skills; attention to detail and confidentialityStrong written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projectsSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

$72,200.00 - $116,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
