The Global Mobility Services Regional\nLeader is an integral member of the HR organization and plays a key role in the\ndelivery of right & fast results to business leaders, managers and\nemployees, as well as to the HR Community. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality execution of\ncore mobility operation in the region.
The role will be responsible to champion\nthe GMS Domain model, engage with key Regional, High Growth Regions, HR and\nBusiness leaders to build and sustain key partnerships that ensure strategic\nmobility needs are met on a regional basis.
The GMS Regional Leader will ensure\nprogram alignment and usage across Business Units to build standardization\nwithin the region and linkage across regions on a global basis. Key focus is to\ndeliver on committed Global Mobility Services metrics and develop a united,\nconsistent GMS foundation within the region.
Coordinate GMS activities within\nthe region for strategic purposes to provide updates and changes to GMS\nprograms, processes and procedures to the Region HR Leadership and HRGs,\nEngagement Leaders, and Business Partners. Drive One Country alignment in the\nRegion with specific regard to supporting High Growth Region objectives and\nprojects in the region. Support all type of mobility requirements.
Compliance with regulations matters\nwill be an important success measure for this role, and use of metrics and\nvoice of the customer framework to identify trends and improvement opportunity\nareas.
Project Assignment Mobility (PAM)
Responsible for defining and\nimplementing PAM Strategy in the Region and support all Project Assignment\nMobility requirements for client billable and internal projects in the Region. Provide\ntechnical mobility support and advice to the business in close collaboration\nwith other functions such as country/business HR, C&B, corporate tax,\nlegal, payroll, finance. Engage with service partners to determine most\nadvantageous tax, immigration and social insurance positions depending on the\nproject and the client to minimize costs. To structure project assignments in alignment\nto specific client requirements while maintaining legal and fiscal compliance.\nTo manage regional operational support requirements with our service partners\nand manage metrics for each project. To ensure project closes correctly with\nfinal review of tax filings and immigration cessation.
