Global Mobility Sr. Consultant

Responsibilities\:

•         Manage business expectations and delivery of services related to international assignments/international relocations for global projects and individual employees.

•         Maintain accurate records for all relocations within the region as part of global reporting requirements.

•         Effectively manage a portfolio of globally-based assignees of varying assignment types, including Commercial and Federal into any country, ensuring a people-focused delivery of support at all times.

•         Preparation of International Assignment Agreements and other supporting documentation for outbound assignees, as well as preparation of cost projections for assignees to assist business with project cost planning.

•         Monitor and troubleshoot Vendor services delivery utilizing AssignmentPro tools and according to standards established by service level agreements.

•         Administer approved/published International Mobilization Policy, Procedure and Supporting Matrices.

•         Provide SME advice and guidance on all global mobility matters to TA, HR, line managers, and business leaders.

•         Liaise with Payroll, Tax, Legal and Immigration internal POC’s to ensure compliance over Program area.

•         Work closely with the key Stakeholders to ensure the quality on all aspects of the international assignment/relocation experience.

•         Serve as a primary point of escalation for unresolved team issues related to expat concerns, international transfer issues, internal business challenges, and leadership queries, providing strategic resolution for all parties or, facilitating change management to improve identified inefficiencies.

•         Coach, mentor, motivate and lead a team GDO Analyst(s), with a key focus on the training and development of the team to advance their SME knowledge.

Requirements\:

•         Accomplished HR or Global Mobility resource with roughly 10 years of related experience, including proven thought partnership, collaboration, and influencing skills to establish/maintain excellent working relationships with business leaders, and cross functional partners (e.g., TA, HR, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and GBS)

•         Proactive thinker who can provide strategic guidance and prioritization, think analytically, and solve complex issues in a way that balances the needs of the business and employees while maintaining compliance

•         Strong Vendor management skills with ability to have global lens on, as supporting global employee population requires a globally-minded service

•         High level of personal integrity and comfortable operating with ambiguity - capable of balancing good governance with high quality client service

•         Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with ability to shift between high-level design of new project startup, and back to analytical/operational work.

•         Ability to maintain confidentiality.

•         Ability to work in a team environment, customer service oriented.

•         Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution

•         Prior experience with Topia, Assignment Pro Technology or Oracle would be an asset

•         The base salary range for this position is $82,700 to $137,175. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, For “remote” positions, salary to be offered is geographic dependent. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
