Your mission will be:Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the Global Mobility Tax Operations team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services.Industry Insight: Leverage your understanding of the Global Mobility industry and processes to enhance team performance.Process Optimization: Champion activities that promote standardization, harmonization, and automation of processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency.Agility & Compliance: Adapt swiftly to changing processes and tools, maintaining compliance and using agile methods to meet customer demands.Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across the Global Mobility Management (GMM) organization and beyond to achieve common goals.Problem-Solving: Handle escalations independently, collaborating with clients and colleagues to find effective solutions.Innovation: Identify and implement new solutions to improve team processes and efficiency.Team Environment: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual respect.You will win us over by:Experience: 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in taxation or HR within an international setting.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university or business school.Intercultural Sensitivity: High level of intercultural sensitivity to effectively coordinate and motivate international teams.Customer Focus: Strong ability to listen and understand customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, resilience, analytical abilities, and assertiveness.Networking: Ability to establish and maintain strong networks with various stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Proficiency in using analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems.Creativity: Ability to develop new ideas and implement creative solutions with your team.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.What can you gain by joining us?
