Global MR Customer Experience Manager
**Job Description Summary** Join the Global Magnetic Resonance (MR) Imaging business at GE HealthCare and be part of the dynamic team who curates visits for our Customers and delivers world-class experiences at our Global Show Sites. As the Global MR Customer Experience Leader, you will be part of the Global Marketing organization, where our mission is to share the value and benefits of GE HealthCare MR Imaging products and services. You will lead visits for customers from around the world who travel to learn more about our technology. **Job Description** **Roles & Responsibilities** _As the Global MR Customer Experience Leader you will…_ + Own and ensure continuous improvement of visit processes, including forms, templates, metrics, customer satisfaction outcomes. + Establish a vision for streamlined visit offerings and deploy the concept through influencing and negotiation across internal stakeholders. + Identify opportunities for improvement or strategic changes to ensure continued success. + Represent and provide input to budgeting and strategic planning efforts to ensure long-term sustainability and suitability of the Customer Visit Program. + Own day-to-day Customer Visit Scheduling & Coordination activities, including the coordination of MR Scan volunteers; this may include supervision of staff carrying out these activities. + Be responsible for on-site hosting of visits, including room setup, material printing and other elements needed for visits. + Establish standards for the quality of visits, internal GEHC stakeholder and external customer experiences and addresses improvement needs proactively. + Ensures facility readiness for customer visits, including coordination with Facilities Management teams for physical/plant service, repairs or improvements. + Provide high level marketing presentations and customer demonstrations on specific GE HealthCare MR products and offerings. **Required Qualifications** + Detail oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks and deadlines + Direct or indirect commercial experience, with demonstrated history of roles that are customer (or stakeholder) focused + Intermediate knowledge of medical concepts such as human anatomy, diagnostic imaging and radiological practices and standards + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or related field with 5 years’ work experience; or High-School Diploma with 9 years’ experience. + Demonstrated experience coordinating complex schedules and agendas with multiple stakeholders. + Proficiency in common office management software tools such as Salesforce.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams. + Ability to work from the GE HealthCare MR Global Headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin 4 to 5 days per week. **Desired Characteristics** + Collaborative and inclusive team-player able to motivate, challenge and find creative solutions to meet business needs + Licensed MR Technologist (e.g. RT (MR) or similar certification) + Prior experience in a global company, healthcare, healthcare provision, or MR imaging + Strong oral and written communications skills + Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working within a dynamic team environment + Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
