We are pleased to announce two openings for the role of a Global Operations Business Delivery Directors for the Service Need to Resolution (SN2R) / Order to Cash (O2C) Operational Value Streams (OVS) within the Digital Transformation Program (DTP) at GN. These strategic positions are designed to prepare GN for the future by delivering end-to-end business processes supported by our digital backbone.

The team you will be part of

The Global Operations Business Delivery Directors will report to the Head of the Strategy and Management Office in Global Operations Mads Lomholt and have a dotted reporting line to the Digital Transformation PMO Janne Scott. These roles will manage the delivery for the SN2R/O2C OVS within the DTP acting as a crucial bridge between Global Operations Management and DTP.

The Digital Transformation Program is structured in Operational Value Streams, ensuring efficient end-to-end processes across GN's business domains including Hearing Operations and Finance. The OVS is co-led by the Business Delivery Directors, DDI Delivery Director, and the Global Process Owner (GPO).

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

Guide the SN2R/O2C OVS virtual delivery organization to meet overall program targets and be the voice of the business leadership for the SN2R OVS globallyOversee the scope and planning for the SN2R/O2C OVS ensuring integration of business requirements and managing potential risksManage finances and allocations for Global Operations resources within the SN2R/O2C OVSEnsure alignment across end-to-end processes and functions within the SN2R/O2C areaWork with other Business Delivery Directors and delivery leads to ensure comprehensive DTP delivery and assist in governance meetingsCreate and deploy a coherent global solution encompassing relevant processes and IT applicationsEngage the business in implementation and manage change initiatives

To perform in the role, we imagine that you

have several years of experience within relevant business roles with a background in supply chain and Global Operations managementcan articulate a clear vision for digital transformationare experienced in building relationships and securing buy-in from stakeholders in a virtual organizationunderstand supply chain processes and their integration within corporate processes and can head projects and team performance, particularly in virtual teamspossess analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, communicate effectively and present complex information clearlyare fluent in English, both written and spokenmaintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset and are structured and consistent in managing deliverablesare motivated and focused to contribute to an international environment
