Your aim will be to maximize performance in safety, quality, on time delivery, asset/facility utilization and operational efficiency. You will manage, direct, and implement the operational strategic plan and objectives needed to support the growth of the division business. **Your Responsibilities:** + Partner with the VPGM as part of a highly effective divisional senior leadership team to support the successful execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP). + Lead Global manufacturing and supply chain strategy using ITW Business Model best practice. + Direct management responsibility for NA and EMEA locations, overseeing Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Sourcing/Supply Chain functions, while collaborating with managers in Asia and Brazil. + Support daily management activities and ensure actions are taken to address operational performance issues. + Review and upgrade as needed the standards, processes, workflows, and methods needed to support and enable highly productive and efficient production lines. + Implement, monitor, and report on key manufacturing and operational metrics. + Represent Operations within the Innovation Team for all new product developments, driving all Operational initiatives while collaborating closely with R&D and Product Management. + Show a clear understanding and partner with internal functions including Engineering, R&D, Finance, Customer Service, Sales and with external suppliers and customers. Demonstrate customer focus through supporting our Customers and Sales Representatives in addressing operations-related issues and resolving problems with a strong sense of urgency. + Responsible for the global safety strategy, striving for 0 accidents across division the business through thorough safety training and risk assessments. Ensure clear and actionable safety plans in place across locations. **Position Requirements:** Qualification & Experiences + Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years related experience in operations and supply chain management + Proven strategic Operations Management, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility and results delivered + In-depth knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements and Strategic Sourcing initiatives. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Willing to travel up to 30% (local and International) Competencies + **Great Talent Manager** - demonstratable ability to manage a team of highly skilled internal and external employees.
