**ROLE SUMMARY:**
ABInBev is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic team member to be part of our Global legal team. The role supports the growth of ABInBev through facilitating regulatory and compliance measures with respect to data privacy laws around the world.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Support in conducting and overseeing key data privacy processes including privacy impact assessments, cross-border data transfers, and other initiatives ensuring compliance with applicable laws for the collection, use and protection of data.
+ Establish and maintain privacy metrics to assess and report on the effectiveness of privacy and cybersecurity controls.
+ Support the legal team in drafting, negotiation, and execution of data privacy agreements and manage timelines with internal teams.
+ Coordinate with internal legal teams around the world in support of executing and documenting compliance measures with company data privacy programs.
+ Support in legal reviews of cybersecurity incidents.
+ Use of data analytics to identify privacy trends and risks.
+ Work cross functionally with functions outside of the Legal Department.
+ Develop and refresh policies and training to support privacy governance initiatives.
+ Take on special projects as needed.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
The potential team member must be self-motivated, diligent, have strong communication skills, and be a strong team member. We are looking for someone that is agile, resilient, and willing to take on new challenges. This position will also require the potential new team member to be a creative thinker and problem solver.
+ Paralegal or bachelor’s degree required.
+ Experience working on data privacy matters in an in-house or law firm position is preferred.
+ Familiarity with data protection regulations is preferred.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Strong technical skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on PowerPoint and data visualizations.
+ Exceptional organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
+ Experience working with regulatory agencies a plus, but not required.
+ Ability to communicate with individuals from different locations and cultures around the world.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
+ Project management expertise a plus.
