Global Payroll Operations Specialist
CTG is seeking to fill a Global Payroll Operations Specialist opening for our client in Rye Brook, NY. **Location:** Rye Brook, NY-Remote **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + **Project Management:** + Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned service projects. + Manage project scope, identifying potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies. + Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure on-time delivery. + Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. + **Service Delivery:** + Oversee quality control measures to ensure service standards are met throughout the project. + Troubleshoot issues during service delivery, providing effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction. + Communicate project updates and progress regularly to clients, addressing any concerns promptly. + Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. + **Operational Efficiency:** + Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize service delivery. + Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards. + Analyze service data to identify trends and inform future project planning. + **Compliance and Risk Management:** + Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and industry standards. + Proactively recommend and ensure the adoption of SOPs to manage risks associated with service delivery. **Skills:** + Demonstrated expertise in global payroll operations and transformation. + Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. + Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively. **Experience:** + Proven experience in managing complex projects in a global, transforming organization. + Demonstrated success in achieving outcomes such as comprehensive automation and improved operational efficiency. + Prior experience in service delivery, operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. + Professional certifications in project management or payroll operations are a plus. **Additional Requirements:** + Must be available for a flexible work schedule that may include early mornings or late evenings to interface with global teams. + Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
