Global People Coordinator - (New Delhi or Gurugram)
Job Objective

The Global People Coordinator will be part of the Group and Global business (GGB) HR team supporting 6 globally distributed HR Business Partners. This role will be the key point of contact between the GGB HRBP team, the HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and the HR Operations teams across the globe in helping to coordinate cyclical HR activities and processes across a globally distributed client group. This role will assist with maintaining good HR data hygiene, running and synthesizing reports, maintaining project trackers, and providing ad-hoc team coordination and administration support where required. 

Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesCoordination of cyclical HR activities and processes on behalf of the HRBPs working with the relevant HR Operations teams across the globe and HR CoEs such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Workday teams.Support the GGB HRBP team in running automated reports, synthesising data, as well as conducting holistic data audits on Workday to ensure good data hygiene such as review of open requisitions, supervisory hierarchy reviews, job profile corrections etc.Involvement and support of HR projects and/or initiatives managed by members of the GGB HRBP team such as organizing people manager or employee trainings on goal setting and the performance process, as well as helping with the coordination of complex multi-country restructures.Manage and coordinate the project trackers, create/update agendas, and follow up on action items.Manage (and in some cases conduct) exit interviews to ensure feedback is obtained and processed anonymously.Support HRBPs with note taking at formal and/or informal meetings/ processes relating to GGB employees outside EMEA such as investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, mediation etcSupport with creating HR letters/memos (where this falls outside the scope of the HR Shared Services Administration team) to maintain consistency in process across the globe within the team such as promotions, transfers, training agreements etc.Supporting Executive Assistants and PAs with onboarding new employees to ensure relevant HR materials, programs and access to systems etc is consistent across Group and Global businesses.

Influence And Decision-Making Authority

This role will build and maintain relationships primarily with GGB HRBPs and HR centres of expertise colleagues across the globe to enable positive collaboration and working relationships. This role will take direction from all members of the GGB team and will report into HR Director, Global Clients, Services, and M&A for day-to-day supervision and performance management purposes.

Job Requirements & Capabilities

Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working within Human resources

Time commitment and location: 

Full-time position based in New Delhi or Gurugram.
