What we are looking for
Amplifon is looking for a talented Planning & Control Manager to join the Global Planning & Control team for supporting the Procurement and Supply Chain functions.
With solid line to the Group Planning and Control Sr Director and dotted line to the Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer, the person is going to support the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance.
The Global Planning & Control function is promoting the key added value initiatives for the group and is determining long and short-term financial goals, outlining the company’s financial direction.

Position detail
The Procurement-Supply Chain Planning & Control Manager will be accountable for:
Management of direct costs at global level Overseeing indirect costs saving tracking for corporate and countries Monitoring supply chain expenses Challenging countries for ensuring deployment of global initiatives Liaison with Corporate and countries for ensuring achievement of financial targets Leading 3 Years Strategic Plan, monthly Forecast and Closing processes Preparation of management reporting for the board of directorsWhat you'll need
Education and experience
University degree (with preference to Economics)
6-8 years of experience in Planning & Control function
Previous experience in a multinational and complex environment
Additional international experience as a plus
