We are looking for a Global PMO Project Manager to provide professional leadership to develop and drive global adoption of project management best practice processes and tools to manage customer capital projects ensuring customer scope is achieved, while focusing on strategic goals.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and lead implementation of Global PMO strategies, processes and tools in a manner to achieve project management excellence for customer capital projects. Drive project management initiatives to improve cost, productivity and resource management, while reducing complexity and risk. Manage the portfolio of Global PMO processes and tools used by project management execution teams globally and drive successful adoption. Monitor and control success through the implementation of key performance metrics. Collaborate with PMO leaders globally to assure World Area needs are appropriately represented and met. Assess, implement and maintain new project and documentation tools. Travel globally to support PMO project management teams, customers and project pursuit.Who You Are:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $104,576-119,515 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
