Role Definition Manages team and activities related to Key Account Commercial Operations Processes that support overall customer Portfolio of Business. Responsibilities • Following organizational policies and procedures and maintaining clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet customer requirements. • Execution and measure of Key Work Process and Customer Contracts for Key Accounts. • Consult with dealers and internal business partners about sales support of product to Key Account customers. • Working directly with customers to collect information, plan project forecasts, and ensure customers' needs are met. **What you will do:** **Problem-Solving** + Lead team through necessary critical-thinking and analysis to solve complex customer-facing and internal challenges + Develop continuous improvement methodology to improve problem resolution and minimize on-going customer impact + Collaborate with key stakeholders on joint problem assessment and resolution strategies, documenting key inputs and decisions. **Data Analysis and Performance Measurement** + Lead team and develop processes for analyzing data on demand forecasting, inventory levels, and production schedules to assist decision-making for global accounts. + Develop and measure KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate team/process effectiveness, such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery rates. + Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key insights to the global account team. **Process Improvement Support** + Guide team to work alongside Global Account Manager, Dealers, Customers, and our factories to identify areas for process enhancement, focusing on delivering critical customer outcomes. + Identify, prioritize, document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in the different processes. + Assist in implementing process automation and other data-driven improvements to enhance accuracy and streamline workflows. **Leadership** + Provide ongoing leadership and mentoring support for the team, customers, and process management. + Facilitate the creation and update of dashboards to monitor demand changes, finished product inventory levels across the supply chain, and production performance timelines. + Lead communication with Caterpillar teams and Cat Dealers to ensure alignment and transparency in processes. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Act as a key leader in facilitating collaboration among Customers, Global Portfolio Managers, Dealers, and the Supply Chain team, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment. + Set leadership example with customer-support team to respond to queries from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in data reporting and providing relevant support. + Track changes within processes, identify potential risks, and suggest adjustments to ensure operational stability. **What you will Have:** Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
