Global Process Engineer for MES

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesMettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Global Process Engineer for its Columbus, Ohio location responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of MES solutions across our global manufacturing sites. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain global MES standards and best practices to ensure consistent implementation across all manufacturing facilities.Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and implement MES architecture that aligns with business objectives.Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend MES solutions that enhance productivity and quality.Lead MES project initiatives from conception through implementation, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and user training.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES applications, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes.Monitor and report on MES performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.Other duties may be assigned.
