Position Overview:
McCormick & Company, Inc., a world leader in the spice, flavor and seasonings industry, is seeking a full time Global Process Manager. This new hire will work in Global Headquarters located at 24 Schilling Road in Hunt Valley, MD. The Global Process Manager will report to a Senior Global Process Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Product Lifecycle Management Team, responsible for understanding business requirements for the Sales & Marketing workstream and for working cross-functionally to develop the global process and technology solution templates in partnership with other workstream leaders. Works with Finance, HR, Business Units and Global Functions to align on end to end processes that will drive success for an organizational business transformation project. Reports to a Sr Global Process Owner and demonstrates strong business and technical acumen in the commercial space. The leader will also: Confirm the team is utilizing leading practice assets & practices Drive decisions to align processes to Global Template & Standard design Manage Solution Decisions (Configuration, WRICEF, Cutover etc.) Integrate with Solution Architect to drive cross team integration Collaborate with process and workstreams to drive testing, change, training, data, cutover and hyper care activities. Define and implement the functional area Process Roadmap to deliver targeted business benefits and ease of process use for the end user. Provide insights into shaping policies related to functional area process and institute process improvements to drive improved adherence to policies Define and implement KPIs and performance measures leveraging best practice benchmarking with a focus on continuous improvement Collaborate with IT on system implementation/enhancement initiatives Ensure adequate and timely root cause analysis to understand problem drivers and implementation of necessary corrections and/or changes. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure global alignment of priorities working in a matrixed environment. Drive adoption of global process standards and gain buy-in from key stakeholders. Lead associated change management activities for service delivery teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related professional area Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a complex multinational organization Formal continuous improvement (e.g. LEAN / Six Sigma) and project management (e.g. PMP) certification/training desirable. Stakeholder management experience with ability to influence & persuade key stakeholders and to constructively deal with conflicts. Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global environment. Program and project management experience required. Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Subject matter expert of functional area process and tools Collaborative and resilient with a global mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Global or Regional Sales / Marketing /or Innovation functional experience within the food or adjacent industries.
• Hands on experience with SAP S/4 Hana, Devex or other PLM software tools
• Previous experience with PLM implementations
• Effective leadership managing direct team members and virtual resources within a global business environment.

Base Salary: $100,870 - $176,480
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
