Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional projects within our international organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project management excellence, with strong attention to detail, exceptional planning capabilities, and the ability to manage complexity across global markets. This position calls for a strategic thinker capable of developing insights, encouraging innovation, and achieving successful outcomes while furthering positive relationships with collaborators.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and deliver global projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope.Build finical plans to show return on investment and efficiency to be made on multi million dollar global projectsMaintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with all collaborators across multiple markets and functions, including senior management level.Communicate project progress, discoveries, and suggestions to senior management and key customers.Tailor communication strategies to resonate with diverse, global audiences.Analyse complex data and market trends to build actionable insights that inform project strategies.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and creative solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for project-related inquiries.Navigate the complexities of a matrix organization, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and priorities.Influence without direct authority, fostering collaboration and consensus.Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a global, matrixed organization.Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects across diverse international markets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Exceptional planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.Creative problem solver with a passion for inspiring change and continuous improvement.Experience working in international markets with a deep understanding of cross-cultural business practices.Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to the nuances of global business environments.
