Your Role as Tactical Buyer As a Tactical Buyer, you will: Execute the spot and tactical buying process, including supplier selection, negotiations, and savings reporting. Leverage the myBUY system to streamline operations and enhance tool adoption. Identify potential vendors, obtain quotes, and ensure compliance with PepsiCo’s policies. Improve procurement processes while maintaining quality and service standards. Drive the Continuous Improvement agenda, enhancing automation and efficiency. Support demand generation activities to boost pipeline spend. What You’ll Do: Perform quality, compliance, and contract checks for purchase requisitions (PRs). Manage the end-to-end tactical buying process: quotations, negotiations, tender summaries, and savings calculations. Monitor performance metrics and ensure data accuracy for assigned countries. Automate business processes and provide insights through spend analysis. Deliver training sessions and support myBUY adoption projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category managers, during periodic reviews and operational calls. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for procurement and a drive for excellence. Key Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and procurement experience. Proficiency in IT procurement tools (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems like SAP/Ariba). Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to build relationships with stakeholders. Intermediate-level English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree At least 1 of relevant experience in administration, planning. Competencies: Results-driven with a proven ability to deliver on objectives.
