Global Procurement Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Procurement Finance Analyst to join our Centre of Excellence part of the Global procurement team. The Procurement Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic support to the procurement team to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with budgetary goals. This role requires a combination of financial acumen, strong data analytics skills and an understanding of procurement processes to optimize sourcing strategies and ensure robust reporting. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Procurement Finance Manager and provide analytical support to Group CPO, Procurement Finance Director, Global Category Directors & Managers.

Your key missions

Forecast & Performance Tracking

Support quarterly global forecast spending processes, standard cost computation and performance/pipeline review for product categoriesCreate and maintain dashboards and reports for procurement and financial performanceAnalyze procurement and financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, trends, and inefficienciesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend analysis, supplier performance and budget adherenceIdentify, size, and monitor value creation initiatives, including year-over-year margin improvements, tracking variances and highlight key root causeSupport strategy setting and initiative monitoring with local team and global category team via data collection/consolidation, analysis, and updating/challenging methodology when appropriate

Advanced Market & Data Analysis

Perform regular spend database analysis and provide updates on KPIs on a monthly basisFollow market inflation trends and update PAF models in collaboration with product categories and third parties data sourceReview quality data accuracy with affiliates and categories related transactional invoice data as well as product attributes information dataProvide advanced data analysis to support category strategy development following our data roadmap implementationProvide ad-hoc data analysis for both CPO, Procurement Finance and Global Category teams

Digital Transformation

Serve as a referent for Procurement tools and system, sharing expertise and promoting usage and adoption.Work closely with IT and data management teams to ensure data integrity and system integrationActively participate in the Procurement transformation by contributing to the implementation/improvement and training of existing digital tools and performance dashboards aligned with Procurement objectives

Process Improvement

Collaborate with global procurement and global finance teams to align data insights with organizational process, methodology and established practiceOptimize internal processes, provide analytical support and manage performance reportingSupport automation initiatives to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.Evaluate and implement tools or software that enhance data analysis capabilities.

3–5 years of experience in finance, procurement, or a related analytical role.Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and financial principles.Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.English at professional level is mandatory

Advanced analytical skills Analytical with strong ability to analyze data and interpret resultsStrong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPointExperience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
