Global Procurement Senior Manager - Productivity & Financial Analysis

This role is based out of our Purchase, NY HQ and supports PepsiCo’s financial and operational priorities, driving productivity improvements and monitoring Net Commodity Inflation (NCI) within the Global Packaging Procurement organization. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging procurement data and insights to enable financial performance and deliver incremental value. Responsibilities This role will enable the delivery of strategic procurement priorities: Productivity Leadership: Lead efforts to identify and track productivity gains within global packaging procurement, ensuring cost-saving initiatives are realized and aligned with PepsiCo’s financial targets. NCI Tracking and Analytics: Drive the measurement and tracking of Net Commodity Inflation (NCI) to support PepsiCo’s financial targets and operational efficiencies. A dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters professional and leadership development Productivity Leadership Track and analyze productivity initiatives across packaging categories, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo’s cost-saving goals. Develop and deploy productivity tools, processes, and frameworks to improve procurement performance. Identify and lead cross-functional projects aimed at reducing costs while maintaining quality and service standards. Collaborate with sector and category teams to unlock incremental value through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations. Share best practices and productivity improvement initiatives across global packaging teams to ensure continuous improvement. NCI Tracking and Analytics Monitor and report NCI progress across packaging categories, ensuring targets are met and financial objectives are delivered. Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of NCI initiatives and track against global and sector targets. Provide insights and recommendations to the Director of Strategy, Productivity, and Sustainability to inform decision-making and optimize NCI impact. Drive the integration of NCI tracking into regular business reviews, ensuring ongoing focus on financial performance. Strategic Support and Thought Leadership Serve as a key point of contact for productivity and NCI-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader packaging strategy. Provide financial and operational insights to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with PepsiCo’s overall goals. Support agenda creation, content development, and execution of key internal forums and strategy discussions. Exposure and Development Gain significant exposure to senior leaders, including global and sector executives, through strategic initiatives and direct collaboration. Develop leadership and business acumen while working on highly visible and impactful projects. Leverage this role as a platform for growth within procurement or other strategic business functions at PepsiCo. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA strongly preferred, particularly from a top-tier business school). 8+ years of experience, ideally with a background in strategy consulting or similar roles involving high-impact business initiatives. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial targets with operational strategies, translating high-level goals into actionable plans. Analytical Acumen: Expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting to provide actionable insights. Collaboration and Influence: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and secure alignment on key initiatives. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, high-impact projects. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences. Experience in managing cost savings, finanical modeling and reporting Preferred Requirements: Procurement or supply chain experience is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of Tableu or Power BI Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing ambiguity and driving results. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities while delivering impactful results. Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior leadership.
