As Global Product Implementation Specialist with an initial focus on Alternative Investments, you will be able to work independently as part of the Global Product Implementation team to drive delivery of Capital Group’s most critical global product and investment group initiatives, leading globally across Investment Operations to prioritize demands and deliver services and capabilities.
In the role, you will collaborate with leadership across product teams, the investment group, Technology, Legal & Compliance, Investment Operations and change management teams in all phases of the product lifecycle including developing and delivering product assessments, requirements and launch activities; ensuring scale outcomes are determined, prioritized and delivered; developing and monitoring product health metrics & KPIs; understanding and evaluating industry trends; and driving product knowledge management activities.

You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field of study.You possess at least seven years of Financial Services experience in securities, mutual funds and investment products, including specific knowledge of alternative investments.You can develop a vision or strategy, leveraging networks and relationships to execute and motivate others to deliver on the strategy. focused to achieve our Teams goals and objectives.You demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and analytical skills particularly in areas of complexity.You possess advanced project management skills as well as the ability to organize and prioritize multiple deadlines.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
