Global Product Manager - Alternative Fuels
 

Veolia WTS CSM is seeking a visionary Global Product Manager for our Alternative Fuels division.
This pivotal role will drive sustainable growth and shape the future of our industry-leading product line. As the guardian of our product strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands, societal expectations, and shareholder objectives.

Your strategic insight will guide our technology roadmap, ensuring Veolia WTS CSM remains at the forefront of the alternative fuels sector. You will have the opportunity to influence industry trends, engage with key stakeholders, and lead a diverse team in delivering cutting-edge products that make a real impact on the global stage.

What are the Day-to-Day Duties?

Develop and own the global product line strategy and visionChair the product line global center of excellence (COE)Engage with customers and industry to gather market intelligenceManage ROI for core projects and investmentsGovern projects and product management KPIsEnsure global consistency in regional product lines and brandingOwn and present NPI projects at growth boards and reviewsSupport product launch processes and marketing collateral developmentContribute to price book setting and margin improvement initiativesDrive direct material productivity improvement and cost optimisationExemplify EHS and ethical standards in all activities

 

Qualifications

What Skills and Experience Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

Degree in engineering, science, or marketing - or industry experienceSubstantial experience in sales, technology, product management, marketingProven track record in water treatment or energy process industriesDemonstrated ability to create and execute strategic visionsStrong process and project management skillsSuccess in developing cross-functional and cross-business relationshipsDirect product line management expertiseExperience leading diverse, global teamsCommercial acumen in product/services chemical businessGlobal customer and competition knowledge in chemical treatment productsMultilingual capabilities preferred
