Your role and responsibilitiesLocation: Global, TBDDefines, plans, and ensures implementation of product marketing strategies globally for the product line Outdoor Products, to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Supports sales organizations in driving sales and services for assigned products. Global Market Manager, BL Grid Components.•Creates, plans and ensures implementation of the local go-to–market product marketing strategy for the product line Outdoor Products, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.•Focuses on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods and requested on-time delivery for assigned products. •Develops and implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with the Distribution Solutions Division and Grid Components Business Line plans.•Evaluates market opportunities and proposes appropriate activities in line with the strategy.•Creates demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value base selling approach.•Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.•Support Business Line market pricing policy for the product line Outdoor Products.•Develops and implements product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global Division Marketing and Sales.
Qualifications for the roleUniversity degree in field of Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years’ experience, product marketing or product management in multi-cultural environment.Experience with Electrical Transmission and Distribution Networks (HV/MV).Experience with Outdoor Distribution Products and market trends.Experience with Sub-Transmission Solutions and market trends (HV).Knowledge of the Utility segment, both TSO and DSO.Experience with multi-channel go to market, including channel partners.
