Purpose:

As a Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in building the future of Packaging through technology. You will lead the strategy, design and delivery of Line Monitoring Systems, SEGUE, Automatic LBO and other products related to packaging performance. With these digital products, you will enable our packaging operations to improve their results via more effective and prompt decision-making, automated processes, advanced PLC control and analytics.

Here is what you will be doing:

Provide product vision, direction and timelines to Global and Zone stakeholdersPromote smooth product deployment and strong adoptionPrepare budget and financial benefits for each products.Monthly track of performance metrics and tie this to financial resultsPlan and prioritize the product feature backlogsGather and refine user requirementsBridge the gap between Global and Zone Packaging functions, Solutions and Supply TransformationDiscover and shape innovative yet simple solutionsManage multiple backlogs’ value contribution and products in production, reports and provide insight within a specific domain or for a specific teamPreparation of product use documentation, giving product related presentationsAcquisition and maintenance of business knowledge in relation to the functions and digital productsUp-to-date knowledge of the status of the development project under its responsibilityCollaborate with stakeholders, including operations, functions, Solutions, Product Owners and Project managers to define and prioritize product goals, objectives, and requirementsIdentify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with product development and implementation. Proactively address issues and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions to operationsCollaborate with operations and training teams to facilitate smooth product adoption, including creating documentationAddress user concerns and issues, providing timely solutions and support

Who we’re looking for:

Deep knowledge of brewery operations, especially in packagingExperience as product owner or in digital transformation projectsProven track record of getting things done in complex organizations.Experience in stakeholder relationship management. Influence in orchestrating key stakeholders and product teamsFamiliarity working in a lean and agile environment.Work with (virtual) teams in various locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.

Additional skills, knowledge or requirements

Good knowledge of technology product management and software developmentExperience with data analytics and reportingFamiliar with Azure DevOps and Lucid toolsFocus on continuous improvement and experience with change management and internal communicationsAbility to influence across business unitsReliable team player, fostering mutual trust and collaborationStrong understanding of warehouse operations, processes, and technologiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsProficiency in project management methodologies and toolsWillingness to travel to breweries in all zones
