Generate customer value by linking customer needs to the right product/solution. **Your main responsibilities:** + Product knowhow and documentation + Collect and interpret market feedback on the technical performance of the offerings and translate this into improvement proposals for product line managers + Ensure that all relevant product documentation is updated and distributed + Enhance product knowledge by participating in trainings and developing training materials + Establish global and regional commitment to the product knowledge sharing process + Continuously examine competitor products together with the competitor team + Business and sales support + Convert product understanding into business growth opportunities + Manage and spar with the product owners and Quality department in solving quality problems + Follow up on and comment on quality reports and analysis + Organize training of sales and service colleagues incl. focus on ‘training the trainer’ + Organize training and workshops for Grundfos customers and end-users **Your background:** + Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred + Fluent in English (verbal and written) + Proficient in handling predetermined operational systems + We value industry experience in a business context, especially for those who have a background in large-scale manufacturing operations + Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area + Ability influence others + Experience with communication and training at peer level + Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable We look forward to hearing from you.
