Title: Global Productivity Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Additional large Olin manufacturing sites will be considered for current Olin employees only.

Salary: $112,500-$168,600
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available

Focus: The Global Productivity Manager is responsible for development of targets, execution of strategy, and process management and improvement of work processes to support Olin's objectives for productivity and continuous improvement. This position is the leader of the global team representing all functions and businesses. This position is tasked with driving activities that achieve overall goals/metrics around productivity and continuous improvement. 

Global Productivity Manager Essential Job Functions: Develop and drive productivity financial targets. This includes key metrics development, monitoring, and reporting out. Meet with continuous improvement teams for leveraging/support of ideation. Drive engagement. Lead CAPV Manufacturing Team. Develop, maintain and execute on recognition efforts around productivity and CI. Support ongoing development/training around continuous improvement/productivity. Support Olin Sustainability by driving floor level use of Idea System for ideas to support both production and sustainability. Along with communications team, develop, maintain and execute on communications plans to support productivity. Global Productivity Manager Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree* in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.  A minimum of 7 years relevant work experience. Understanding of productivity and continuous improvement principles, processes and tools Understanding of manufacturing processes and experience working in a manufacturing environment. Chemical and/or ammunition industry experience preferred. Experience with data analytics software is preferred. Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
