**About the Role:**
In this role you will join a dynamic environment where you can drive global impact working for a Fortune 500 company supporting a Fortune 500 client in both strategic and day to day management of contracts and organizational operations. As a Program Director, you willassist with the management of global, matrixed teams who are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. In this role you will be responsible for coordination of stakeholders across multiple lines of business and regions globally for contract management in terms of renewals, extensions, modifications and governance as aligned to KPIs. This role is also accountable for ensuring adherence to key milestones and resolving escalations, when necessary. Lastly, this role will oversee developing and deploying global processes and ensuring compliance.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Serve as a point of contact for clients and escalation points for any staffing, bandwidth, or delivery issues.
+ Provide support in assigning resources to a specific project or program.Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
+ Train staff and assist with the development of processes and services to support client requests and needs.
+ Report the status of individuals and groups of projects and programs to Sr. Management.
+ Oversee cross-functional projects and programs from end to end.Initiate the development of a program charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain on schedule, issues get resolved, and the program is completed successfully.
+ Manage internal, external and client and stakeholder relationships in support of the program.
+ Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.Persuade managers and other colleagues to act while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
+ Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
+ Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring,
+ appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Strong excel expertise in the areas of financial modeling preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail in both written communications as well as reporting and financial data.
